Hi, I’m Emma—a Los Angeles-based creative director with nearly a decade of experience in content strategy and visual storytelling.
At the heart of everything I do is one skill: I take big, layered ideas and turn them into something short, intentional, and impactful. Think of me as a creative trailer-maker—someone who distills long-form content (like podcasts, recipes, brand stories, or experiences) into visuals and messaging that people connect with instantly.

Through my studio, Photo Bites, I blend content strategy with visual storytelling—creating scroll-worthy content that feels both thoughtful and true to the original story. Some days I’m styling and shooting food to bring a dish to life; other days I’m editing podcast clips or building out content plans to help creators grow and connect. It all comes back to one thing: making content that’s clear, compelling, and feels like you.

My passion for content and storytelling began on my dorm room floor at Duke University, where I’d escape academic stress by creating top-down recipe videos (yes, those BuzzFeed ones). From there, I landed deals with brands like Irv’s Burgers, Prince Street Pizza, Doughbrik’s Pizza, and the University of Southern California—helping them create commercial-grade content, refine their brand presence, and captivate their audiences.
I feel incredibly fortunate that my creative work has been featured in Forbes and on KTLA twice, allowing me to share my expertise and passion for content and brand strategy with a wider audience.
Today, my work lives at the intersection of story, design, and strategy. If you’ve got something big to say, I’ll help you say it in a way that sticks. Based in LA but open to travel, I’m ready to take on new projects and bring your vision to life.
